1. Share Your Blueprints
Getting started is easy. You provide us with your home’s blueprints, which serve as the foundation for our work. We use these plans to create a customized shot list that will guide each site visit. Whether your project requires fewer than 100 photos or more than 300 (our current record is 331!), we tailor our approach to your home’s unique needs. We’ll review the proposed shot list with you so you know exactly what to expect, and your pricing is based on the scope of documentation required.
2. Schedule and Coordinate
Next, we work with the contractor or owner’s representative to create a shooting schedule that fits seamlessly into your construction timeline. We document key stages-framing, mechanical systems, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, insulation, millwork, interior trim, and more - ensuring nothing important is missed. For homeowners, we are happy to handle all the coordination, so you don’t have to worry about logistics.
3. High-Resolution Documentation and Secure Delivery
After each visit, your photos are uploaded in high resolution to a secure Digital Asset Management (DAM) system. This private, organized online portal lets you access the home’s documentation whenever you need it - today or years from now. Browse every setup from the latest shoot, or quickly zero in on something specific, like the east wall of your primary bathroom after the plumbing installation.

These digital assets are the client’s to access forever, providing invaluable reference for repairs, renovations, or simply peace of mind. Whether you’re troubleshooting a future issue or planning a remodel, you’ll always have a clear, detailed record of what lives inside your walls.
