    In addition, we realize that as a construction project turns into a home, these digital assets take on added importance. That is why we prioritize discretion and security as well.

  • In short, all of the above. During the planning phase, As-Built Homes tends to serve the architect and contractor the most. Once hammers start swinging, everyone benefits from sharing the same digital assets. Over time, the digital assets will serve the homeowner the most.

  • Absolutely. Our digital twins can be a massive time saver. Whenever there is an issue on site, you can use a scan of a property to digitally visit that room. When needed, look through walls to previous stages of construction using earlier scans and high resolution images.

  • Absolutely not. Every project is different and every client’s needs are different. We offer standalone services, including just a Matterport scan or just high resolution photography.

  • One year of digital storage is included with all As-Built Homes work. We believe that there is great value in banking our digital assets. Because of this, we offer the ability to extend your access with a multi year Data Storage Plan.

  • These are packages where high resolution images are taken to focus on a specific area of the home. Floor Packages can capture rebar, radiant heat or flooring. Ceiling Packages are more common for lighting and intricate ceilings.

  • The Drone Package includes photo and video of the exterior of the property. In addition to birds eye imaging, a drone is used to concentrate on both large exterior walls as well as specific areas of interest, such as windows and penetration points. Please note, not all properties in the Aspen area allow for drone work.

  • A Photomast is a 10 meter pole that allows us to take high resolution images well above ground level. It is most commonly utilized when operating in a drone no-fly zone. It also comes in handy when high resolution is required.
